Ingredients:

You may wish to warm the water slightly. Open the Living Bone capsule. Add the Living Bone powder and the ocean drops to the water. Swirl and enjoy!

The Living Bone capsules are a little difficult to open. It may help to gently press inward near the wider end with a fingernail. Then gently twist the two ends back and forth until they come apart.

Bone and Ocean is actually more like a food than like plain water. I often chew it a little before swallowing.

I currently (October 2021) drink Bone and Ocean at least twice a day. As with so many natural, food-based products, this formula seems to taste better and work better than synthetic Cal/Mag supplements.

Approximate mineral content per serving:

Note: this formulation assumes one is taking additional magnesium and/or Aussie ocean drops throughout the day, to obtain a total magnesium intake of 5 mg magnesium per pound of body weight.

Calcium supplements (including this recipe) usually should be limited to, at most, 50% of the total daily supplemental magnesium intake. Thus, if one is taking 500 mg of magnesium daily (including from ocean mineral drops), this recipe for Bone and Ocean may be eaten twice a day, which provides 250 mg of calcium.
