Dear Chef,
Could you please help me follow my diet?It might seem outrageous, but my digestion is sensitive. I'm carefully following a personalized diet, and I need the plain food to keep me at my best. Then I can enjoy my time sharing delicious food with family and friends.
Here's my request:

Protein: plain chicken, steak, or lamb, or 3 eggs:
- NOTHING added please - no oil, tenderizer, spices, salt, MSG, etc.
- if steak or lamb, cooked rare please
- if chicken, dark meat please
- if eggs, soft-boiled 3 minutes, then cooled in water; leave in shell, please

Cooked Veggies: Triple portion plain fresh veggies
- a mixture from the following veggies, only, please: carrots, onions, scallions, leeks, broccoli or baby broccoli, cauliflower, acorn or butternut squash, brussels sprouts, rutabaga, daikon, radish, sweet potato
- can't eat nightshades: tomato, potato, zucchini, eggplant, pepper
- NOTHING added please - no oil, spices, salt, MSG, etc.
- steamed if possible - grilled is ok if nothing added
- cooked until soft, but not until losing color
- organic if possible
- fresh only please, not canned or frozen

On the side:
- Sea salt, if available
- Butter, tallow, or olive oil
- No bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, or other side dishes, please
